I agree with Alice...I have been doing the ice, tennis ball, splint, stretching, and it seems to be helping. Yes, it sucks. The right sh...OMG...I'm soooo sorry. Yes, it sucks. The right shoes are a MUST! The PT told me to NEVER change shoes if you have a pair that's working for you.<BR/><BR/>I'm seeing the end of my PT now, but it took about a month. Ice massage, tennis ball massage, and lots of stretching (4 or 5 times a day) and a few visits to the PT for some deep massage has worked for me (yeah, PT is out of pocket, not covered by my insurance...GAH!)
