Very healthy. But I have to confess that I tried to EAT my weight in gumballs earlier today. I think I have sugar issues. The gumball machine has since been removed from my desk. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
Smart move in removing the gumball machine. Sugar isn't my issue, it's bread and chips and that kind of snacky-like food.
OK...we are in the same boat right now...trying to lose weight while not running due to injury (I'm out for at least another week, but to be honest, the foot doesn't feel healed right now, so it'll be longer I'll bet). I'll cheer you on if you cheer me!
The Sunburst - 5K and Half Marathon - what's not to love about finishing on the 50 yard line at Notre Dame?
Decatur Watermelon Run (2002) - 1st in age group. Seriously, I have the plaque to prove it.
The remind me not to run that again list
Etowah River Road and Trail 5K - Can you really call 1.5 miles of little pieces of gravel trail? Ist half fabulous, 2nd half painful
2009 Mileage Goal: 800 miles
