Half Way

 Day 15. Half way. See that "Lose  Up To 20 Pounds in 30 Days" Well I am not even half way, I am not even a quarter of the way or an 1/8 of the way for that matter. I am wondering if you can actually do 30 days and just maintain. What a sad thought...

I lost 5 pounds doing the shred, but I also altered my eating habits. They lure us in with their creative marketing..ugh!
