I am doing everything I can to stay awake at work. I am trying to cut caffeine out my diet to help with the digestive problems. Sweet Jesus, I must have been living powered by caffeine. Where's my jammies, I need a nap.
Or it could be a combination of no caffeine and a food combining mixup.

I think the worst thing I ever did is start to drink coffee again after I'd quit (twice) each time I got preggers...
The first days were the worst, but then your body will start to adjust and you won't need it any more. Lucky you!
