Last night - "I think I'll run 8miles tomorrow morning"
This morning - "Should I do 8 miles or just 6 miles so I can get to work on time"
In the locker room - "I should really start stretching more often. Feeling pretty stiff to do 8 miles"
On the treadmill - "Maybe I should take it easy today and do my long run tomorrow, yesterdays food may come back to haunt me"
About Mile One - "Pizza, 3 diet cokes, cheeseburger, onion rings and doughnut from yesterday was a big mistake, definitely a short run day"
(that's only the bad food, not all the food)End of Run - "4.25 miles is just fine for today. This weeks plan: back to no sugar, processed food and diet pop, long run tomorrow, and then easy runs until Saturday's Peachtree"
