Day 30

That's right today's my last Shred workout. 30 stinkin days straight.

By the way, the scale said 130.4 this morning.

On a completely unrelated note - I am looking into food combining a la Suzanne Somers because I am experiencing some digestive problems lately...I'll let you know how it goes.
