Morning Routine

Although I got one of these for Christmas

This is where I do all my running.
The treadmill on the end, we have a love/hate relationship. What you don't see is if you look to the left there is a mirror that runs the length of the wall. At moments of weakness when I don't feel like running it serves as a reminder of why I need to be in the gym. I fear that some of my fellow morning gym goers may think I am vain turning to look in the mirror periodically but it's really one of those "car crash" reflexes. You just can't help but look and think Jesus, Mary, and Joseph is that really what I look like, ugh. If that's the side view, I'd hate to see the view from behind, and so on...

So for now this is where I run 4 days a week. Now I just need to work on days 5, 6, and 7.

Oh...I can so relate!

I think you can get a footpod for your Garmin, then you can track milage on the treadmill.

Hi! I'm a Catholic runner too :) SOO incredibly jealous of the Garmin..
I used to be a treadmill-aholic until about a month ago. People would always be impressed I was able to stay on there for 5-7 miles and I would just laugh. But, my gym has an indoor track and one day I ran that instead.. needless to say I haven't run on the treadmill since!
Anywho, I like your blog and hope you don't care that I follow you!

You make me want to run! :) I would like to personally invite you to both of my blogs...Screaming Meme and Project:{Create A Home}....Screaming Meme is a decorating blog that I created to share my career as an Interior Decorator and Model Home Stager, as well as, share ideas and how to's on decorating, faux painting and getting a professional look on a shoe string budget!...It is all about decorating over there! I then created Project:{ Create A Home}...I envisioned a blog that women could all share in...Where we could come together and learn everything from decorating our homes to stepping out and learning new things that we always wanted to learn but didn't have the road map...Project: {Create A Home} is that road map! We have decorating, organizing, cooking, finance, technical/computer knowledge, family rearing, relationship advice, spirituality and uplifting wisdom...just to name a few...I hope you get a chance to stop in and look around...And if you have something that you want to share...Something that we could learn from you...Well, we would love to talk to you! :) I look forward to getting to know you!
