I am in! My credit was charged by Nike but no confirmation email has been sent. After doing some research I went to www.signmeup.com/RandomDrawResults and my status showed SUCCESSFUL!

One trip to San Francisco and 13.1 miles stand between me and that necklace! I better start training and saving!

I went back to my trusty Ascis and have had no foot pain. Mind you, not a lot of miles but no pain. It's a start....

Three Up, Three Down, Repeat

That's the tale of my scale for the last couple of years. I am currently 3 down but hope that my new found hunger tolerance will put a final end to the cycle. I am proud to say that I can actually be stomach growling hungry and not have the urge to injury everyone in my sight. Good thing since it's taken an almost constant state of hunger to get to 3 lbs down...

Tomorrow's run will be brought to you by the memory of the assistant principal who was standing outside the school and allowed me to drop MC off at school without saying a word while they knew something was going down. Good thing for both of us things turned out the way they did. Had they not this is one mama who would be spending a little time in lock up. I have a sister who got expelled from high school from beating up a boy, I have a brother who's an ultimate fighter, I am quite certain I could take her out with one punch. Not that I believe violence is answer, but I also don't believe in playing with my childs safety.

Perhaps my last fit process , my first at Big Peach Running Co, which lead to my Mizunos, went horribly wrong because I never had this problem in my Asics.

Now that I have recovered from the trauma of the death of my blackberry and a panel interview at my job. I can concentrate on my foot.
Seriously, a 6 person panel. Try not being nervous about that, and I am a recruiter. Ok so maybe I am still a bit traumatized by the interview...

Perhaps some new shoes are in order because isn't that the American way? Just throw money at the problem. sorry couldn't help myself =)
