I think it's a fluke but I am too sick to care right now.

Phyiscal therapy update - getting better, the knots in my muscles are almost gone. Still walk with a limp. Seriously, who would have thought running 6 miles injured would have caused this much damage. All for that stinkin necklace.

but it is pretty....

Have you ever tried pilates? I have found it is a great way to drop some weight-especially if you can't run! I usually do mat pilates classes-they are cheaper! And it's a workout! I bet you could do that with your injury!!!
