I've Got Two Tickets

to San Francisco, non refundable.

Now I just need healing of the shin.

No pressure. I only have 3 months of training left. My longest run has been 8 miles. I've got 5 miles to add. I need some quick healing...

Soooo. jealous.

There's a great article in Self magazine about Dara Torres and how she takes off two days a week from working out to recover (and she swims for pete's sake...) now that she's older. That certainly got me to thinking...
